1. Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member of the Belle Montagne Private Club, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your membership.

2. Membership Tiers

Membership is available in four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier has specific benefits, costs, and allocations as outlined below:

Silver Allocation:
Annual Cost: £1,000
Annual Allocation: 1 bottle (choose from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, or Chardonnay)

Gold Allocation:
Annual Cost: £3,000
Annual Allocation: 3 bottles (1 of each new vintage release)

Platinum Allocation:
Annual Cost: £9,000
Annual Allocation: 9 bottles (3 of each new vintage release)

Diamond Allocation:
Annual Cost: £18,000
Annual Allocation: 18 bottles (6 bottles of each new vintage release)

3. Membership Renewal

Membership will automatically renew on 1 January each year. Members will receive a notification prior to renewal. Members may cancel their membership at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full at the time of joining or renewing membership.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and Bank Transfer (EFT).
Credit card transactions may incur additional fees, which will be waived for Bank Transfer payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Members will receive their allocated bottles according to the shipping schedule:
Cabernet Sauvignon: March
Chardonnay: July
Shiraz: November
Deliveries will be made free of charge to designated international addresses.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the member and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Allocation Changes

Members may change their preferred allocation prior to the shipping date of their allocated bottles. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing to the concierge.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, refunds for the annual membership fee will not be provided after the initial payment.
If a member cancels their membership after receiving their allocation, they will not be entitled to a refund for the bottles received.

8. Liability

Belle Montagne is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of the membership or products received. Members assume all risks associated with the consumption of alcohol.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Belle Montagne reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the club’s website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.

Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these terms of use at any time, with the revised terms taking effect as of the date of its posting. A certificate signed by the administrator of this website shall be prima facie proof of the date of publication and contents of any version of these terms that may be applicable to a dispute or otherwise.
